Dapper Duck Software, LLC collects limited information from players and visitors.
If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address so we can send you updates about our games, announcements, releases, events, and related news.
We use MailerLite to manage and send our mailing list emails. MailerLite processes email addresses on our behalf for mailing list management, email delivery, unsubscribe handling, and related email service functions.
You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
Our games do not directly collect, sell, or share personal information from players for advertising or profiling.
Our games are developed using the Unity game engine. We do not currently use Unity Analytics.
Depending on the platform where you play our games, certain platform features may be provided by Microsoft/Xbox, Sony/PlayStation, Valve/Steam, or other platform providers. If Dapper Duck Software, LLC receives limited platform-related information, such as a gamertag, PlayStation Network ID, Steam ID, platform account identifier, save data, achievement data, trophy data, or similar information, we use it only as necessary to provide game functionality, platform features, support, and compliance with platform requirements.
We do not sell, license, or share Xbox network data, PlayStation Network data, Steam user data, or other platform user data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Our games may create save data so players can save progress and continue playing later.
Save data may be stored locally on your device and/or through platform-provided cloud save systems, depending on the platform and your settings.
We do not use save data for targeted advertising or marketing profiles.
